Thermo Plastics Corporation was founded in 1958 and has been a privately owned company located in Fort Worth, Texas ever since. The US-based extruding company was conceived over 50 years ago by the late John "Hart" Boyer and the late "Mrs. B" Boyer.
Hart was just a local manufacturer in Texas when it all began in the building behind their house. A company from California approached Hart with an idea for a ring that kids would be able to play with around their waist. That product was the hula hoop. Though the hula hoop fad was short lived in 1958, it left Thermo Plastics with a single extruder that would open the door for extrusions in several industries.

TPC has grown from its humble beginning, to becoming a fully integrated extrusion company, engaged in the custom profile extrusion of rigid and flexible plastics. Our knowledge and expertise in the plastic industry has continually broadened our target industries. Our team of engineers, designers, and mechanics are available to help make your dream and project a reality.
TPC has experience in multiple product sectors, from Window and Door profiles, to lighting and construction material. Our vast portfolio of materials and tools make us a great partner to support our loyal customer base.
TPC is a fully integrated manufacturer, giving our customers the flexibility and support they need. We have a fully equipped tool room, where we create the drawings and cut all the tools, we have multiple size extruders and co-extruders giving us the versatility to move fast, and adapt to our customers needs.
